KATHMANDU, March 1: The price of petroleum products has been hiked by the Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), according to the Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC).
As per the updated price list received from the IOC, the price of petrol has been hiked by Rs 3.89 per liter and kerosene by Rs 3.08 per liter, according to the NOC.
Likewise, the price of aviation fuel has been raised by Rs 3.32 per liter and Liquid Petroleum Gas goes up by Rs 100, according to Binet Mani Pokhrel, spokesperson at the NOC.
With this, NOC now has to pay Rs 165.52 for per liter petrol, Rs 144.08 for per liter diesel and Rs 2,240.34 for per cylinder Liquid Petroleum Gas.
